It is a true privilege to photograph the maternity session of our incredible friends, Brian and Leah!  Amber and I have known Brian since our college days, and we were really excited for him when we first met Leah.  A beautiful wedding and five years later, they're now getting ready to have their first child!  

I headed down to the gorgeous Chickamauga Battelfield to meet the two for a quick session this evening, and were able to take advantage of the gorgeous weather and fall colors for some fun pictures!

I have three brothers, and next in line to me, Jason, and his wonderful wife, Theresa, are expecting their first child in October!  How exciting, and how crazy to think about the fact that it wasn´t that long ago that we were both still living at home!  

This evening we ran out to the Chickamauga Battlefield and spent a little bit of time capturing some images of the two of them at this stage of their lives.  I hadn´t photographed them since their wedding years ago, so it was definitely time for some new pictures!  

Here are just a few... We ended up with gorgeous light and Jason and Theresa did quite well!

Today, I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Mike and Tammy and Mike´s awesome kids, Sydney and Carter. We enjoyed celebrating the upcoming birth of Baby Jack... I´ll be photographing that birth when the time comes, and I am so excited!

Mike and Tammy are photographers themselves, and I was honored to have the opportunity to document their family life today!

An enjoyable read... I love hearing "Walter the Farting Dog"! It's hysterical. When I asked Tammy what the family liked to do together, she said they often end up all on their laptops. I just love the legitimacy of it all! No maternity session is complete without some ice cream! This GIANT dog thinks she´s a lapdog. So funny. Yeah... I took a little Guitar Hero break in the middle of my session. Mike stole my camera for a few shots... Thanks mike :) Their beautiful home! Lovely light. Lovely smiles! A little reading and foot rubbing. Sounds like a perfect evening! Tammy is stunning. Beautiful Tanmy. (Tammy, I've got more for you, but I'll save them for you and Mike only ;) )
